Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the QuettaWal mobile application ("App") operated by QuettaWal ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuettaWal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use QuettaWal.
• To use the QuettaWal Wallet or place orders, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions is prohibited.

3. Services Provided

QuettaWal provides a platform connecting users with:

• Food delivery from local restaurants
• Ride-hailing and transport booking
• Grocery and pharmacy delivery
• Courier and logistics services
• Jobs listings and Wal Bazar marketplace
• Event discovery and ticketing
• Water tanker and LPG gas booking
• Real estate listings
• Home services
• Prayer times, hospitals, and local information

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@quettawal.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• OTP (One-Time Password) verification is required for all registrations and logins. Never share your OTP with anyone.

5. QuettaWal Wallet

• Top-up: You may add funds to your wallet using supported payment methods. Top-ups are non-refundable once processed.
• Transfers: Peer-to-peer transfers between QuettaWal users are final and irreversible. Verify recipient details before confirming.
• Bill Payments: Bill payments are processed in real time and cannot be reversed.
• PIN Security: You are responsible for keeping your wallet PIN confidential. After 3 incorrect attempts, your wallet will be locked for 12 hours for security.
• Liability: We are not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to keep your PIN or account credentials secure.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for 24 months may be subject to a dormancy review.

6. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement between you and the service provider.
• Prices displayed are subject to change. You will be charged the price shown at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
• Cancellation policies vary by service type. Food orders may not be cancellable once accepted by the restaurant.
• Refunds for failed or incomplete orders are handled case-by-case by our support team.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Pakistani law.
• Place fraudulent orders or abuse refund/cancellation policies.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse drivers, riders, or service providers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its backend systems.
• Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
• Use the platform to sell prohibited or illegal goods through Wal Bazar.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without written permission.

8. Service Availability

QuettaWal services are currently available in Quetta and select surrounding areas of Balochistan. Service coverage may vary by category. We do not guarantee that all services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The QuettaWal name, logo, app design, and all content are owned by QuettaWal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or content without prior written consent.

User-generated content (listings, reviews, photos) remains your property, but by submitting it you grant QuettaWal a non-exclusive license to display and use it within the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, QuettaWal shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use.
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (restaurants, drivers, vendors).
• Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in dispute.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quetta, Balochistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via an in-app notice or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
